REFUND POLICY

At MINAHIL SPORTS, we aim to provide a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience for all of our customers. Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are available for most products purchased through our website, subject to the following conditions:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a full refund or an exchange, depending on your preference. We ask that you notify us within 3 days of receiving the product and provide clear photographs of the damage. This allows us to process the return and refund efficiently.
  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you, and we will issue a full refund if the item is unavailable or if you prefer not to receive a replacement.
  • Change of Mind: We understand that sometimes customers change their minds about their purchases. If you decide you no longer want the product, you can return it within 15 days of receipt, provided that the product is unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees, and a refund will be issued once the product is inspected and confirmed to meet the return conditions. 20% restocking fee will be charged.

Refund Processing: Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please note that refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo etc.). Depending on your financial institution, it may take 4-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if the returned item does not meet our return conditions. This may include situations where the product shows signs of wear, is missing parts. Additionally, if the product is returned without the original packaging 20% restocking fee may apply.

Refunds for Promotional or Discounted Items: If you purchased an item using a discount code, promotion, or sale, the same refund policy applies. However, please note that if the product is returned, the refund amount will be based on the final amount paid, which reflects any applied discounts or promotions.

Non-Refundable Items: Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards or store credits
  • Opened or used products that are not defective or damaged

If an item falls into one of these categories, it will not be eligible for a refund.

Returning Defective Items: In the case of defective products, we strive to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If the item has a manufacturer’s defect, we will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund.
